1. pdf995 This bundle allows you to easily convert estimates, supplements and invoices from both Estimiser Pro and Repair Order Pro. Download the two components and run them as installers. This will place a new "printer" in your printer list, PDF 995. When you choose it, instead of your physical printer, it will make a pdf (portable document format) file of your document. Then, just save it to a convenient folder and email it as an attachment. The person on the other end gets a copy that is much more readable than a fax. Plus, the pdf format is widely regarded as safe so it is unlikely to be blocked by security on the recipients end of things. Keep in mind that, since it is "freeware", in this case, when it runs, pdf995 will call up your internet browser and display an ad for their products. If you like the product and want to eliminate the ad, just go to their website and purchase a license for, you guessed it, $9.95!

2. ftp995 This download lets you install a ftp (file transfer protocol) program that will let you manage uploading your files to our support team should that become necessary. This also will display a sponsor ad in your browser. You can close that at any time. A full license with no ads is $9.95

3. zip995 This product gives you the ability to directly create zip files as well as unzip zipped files and folders. This also will display a sponsor ad in your browser. You can close that at any time. A full license with no ads is $9.95.
   This software is useful if you want to make archives of your system on your computer. This is probably the easiest way to archive your system on your computer. Files archived this way cannot be "seen" by the active system and will not conflict with it.

5. Backup software is available from Cobian and can be downloaded here. Configure it to backup the whole folder whether Estimiser Pro or Repair Order Pro to a zip file. If possible, make the location a removeable drive or a secondary hard drive. Feel free to ask us about how to use this.
