The Tabbed
page design gives you a quick and well
organized way to deal with the different
areas of collision estimating. Clicking
any tab opens it for viewing and editing.
Click the buttons at left to see in detail
all the features of each section.

-
The Customer Tab enables
logging of all important customer
contact information. Speed features
include on-screen one-click dialing,
envelope printing and e-mail.
-
The Vehicle Tab has areas
to list all the important data from
VIN to underhood paint code to manufacture
date. In addition, any vendors in
the database that sell the particular
brand are displayed with the same
on-screeen communication features
mentioned above.
-
The Part/Ops Tab lets
you specify everything about an operation;
part name, number, labor operation,
refinish time. With one click, add
for two-tone, chip guard etc.
-
Line Items shows the accumulated
parts for an estimate letting you
verify at a glance what part/operations
are listed and what refinish options
are calculated. Amounts shown here
preview the parts listing of the printed
estimates and reflect the automatic
calculation of overlap, clear coat
and any of the other premium refinish
ops including blending and even cut
& buff.
-
The Totals Tab shows totals
for labor hours and dollars, grand
total and deductible. The totals tab
for invoices adds a collections area
where you can log receipts for source,
check number, date and amount. Outstanding
amounts are displayed ongoing.
-
The Insurance Tab lets
you log all claims personnel that
might be involved with a claim. Track
as many as four contacts per estimate,
from an agent to independent adjuster.
-
Printing has options for
printing estimates, supplements and
invoices with or without a parts list.
Supplements are clearly marked and
display the original estimate number
. Invoices print all items from an
estimate and it's supplements. Invoices
are independent and can be used to
credit items back, add customer-pay
extra items etc. Estimate and supplements
remain unchanged.
-
The Options Tab lets you
custom set labor and tax rates for
the estimate and any supplements.
Also, with invoices, you may log receipts
and view amounts owing.
