The Tabbed page design gives you a quick and well organized
way to deal with the different areas of repair orders. Clicking
any tab opens it for viewing and editing. Click the buttons
at left to see in detail all the features of each section.

The CUSTOMER Tab enables
logging of all important
customer contact information.
Speed features include on-screen
one-click dialing, envelope
printing and e-mail.

The VEHICLE Tab has areas
to list all the important
data from VIN to manufacture
date, engine type, transmission
etc.. In addition, any vendors
in the database that sell
the particular brand are
displayed with the same
on-screen communication
features mentioned above.

The PART/OPS Tab lets you specify everything about an operation;
part name, number, labor operation, etc. In addition, you can set
up more than 420 preset canned repair jobs. Labor can be entered
either as time or cash. Parts can be marked up easily from a costs
you enter.

LINE ITEMS shows the accumulated
parts for an estimate letting
you verify at a glance what
part/operations are listed
along with the total cost
for each line. You can reorder
repair lines easily if you
want.

The TOTALS Tab shows totals
for labor hours and dollars,
grand total and deductible.
The totals tab for invoices
adds a collections area
where you can log receipts
for source, check number,
date and amount. Outstanding
amounts are displayed ongoing.

PRINTING has options for
printing RO's as estimates
or invoices with or without
a parts list. In addition,
if you have fax software
installed, documents can
be faxed directly from the
program. With a free plug-in
we offer support for emailing
RO's as well.

The OPTIONS Tab lets you
custom set labor and tax
rates. Also, you can log
receipts and view amounts
owing. If all receipts are
logged, there are robust
reports you can print showing
business activity for any
period of time you specify.
