Printing invoices is done from this tab, PRINTING. The first button will print the whole RO/invoice.
Colored buttons let you print individual pages if necessary. Note that you can have your print dialog display or not by clicking Yes or No.

There is also an optional parts list that can be printed out. You could make copies of this to give to techs, parts employees and suppliers.

You can print an "intake" sheet. This displays some contact information and vehicle information if it has been entered. It is meant to be a sheet you can put in a clipboard and take to the vehicle for writing up information that you would later transfer to the system.

Faxing is possible here if your computer has fax software installed and it connected to a modem and phone line.
