The LINE ITEMS tab gives a preview of all the part/operations you have added in the PART/OPS tab. Here you see the part, the operation, price and part number. If you have specified a quantity it will appear with operation and part; the part price will reflect the extended price (price times quantity).If you want to change the order the lines appear in, you can move them with the Move UP and Move DOWN buttons. This is very handy when you when you want to group all ignition items together or lubrication items.
This is a preview of how items will appear in the printed invoice/RO.

A field at the right, Charge, displays the full dollar amount of all parts of a line. It doesn't display in printed RO's but does give a picture of charges as they are entered. Items with headings in this color; can be edited on this page though most editing happens in the PART /OPS tab. To move a line up or down in the listing, select it by clicking in it; it will turn highlight green. Then, click Move UP or Move DOWN. This can be useful when you want certain parts to be listed together, such as tune up parts or lubrication items.
