Printing estimates is done from this tab, PRINTING. The program is set to show your print dialog box before printing so that you can set your own options. This way, you can print the main page, pause and print the items page on the back side if you wish. There is also an optional parts list that can be printed out. You could make multiple copies of this to give to techs, parts managers and suppliers. If it is a supplement you are printing, the program will print the document with clear notations that it is a supplement and the estimate number it is a supplement for. Printing invoices results in documents that summarize the original estimate and any supplements written for it. If you have faxing software, estimates, supplements and invoices fax very well directly from your computer.

You can insert digital photos in this tab, including up 7 separate images that vary from 3X4 inches up to 8X10. These pages, when printed are ready to fax; they include the customer's name, date and claim number along with your shop name. There are several other useful print options in Estimiser Pro. For example, from the customer list which is accessed from the Main Menu, you can have an alphabetical list of customers and their phone numbers print out. This can be useful to post to different areas of the shop.
A similar list of your vendors can also be printed with one click from Vendors list page. And, finally, you can print a phone list of all the insurance contacts you ever enter in your estimates.
