The Tabbed page design gives you a quick and well organized way to deal with the different areas of repair orders. Clicking any tab opens it for viewing and editing. Click the buttons at left to see in detail all the features of each section.

• The CUSTOMER Tab enables logging of all important customer contact information. Speed features include on-screen one-click dialing, envelope printing and e-mail.

• The Vehicle Tab has areas to list all the important data from VIN to underhood paint code to manufacture date. In addition, any vendors in the database that sell the particular brand are displayed with the same on-screeen communication features mentioned above.

• The PDR JOBS Tab is where you enter jobs and charges. Buttons let you quickly specify double panels, aluminum panels and oversized roofs. pdrPro will automatically add in the extra charges. There is also a wizard with canned jobs for all the matirix repair patterns.

• LINE ITEMS s shows the accumulated parts for an estimate letting you verify at a glance what part/operations are listed and what refinish options are calculated. Amounts shown here preview the parts listing of the printed estimates and reflect the automatic calculation of overlap, clear coat and any of the other premium refinish ops including blending and even cut & buff.

• The TOTALS Tab shows totals of your labor charges as well as any sales tax.

• PRINTING has options for printing the RO as an estimate or as an invoice, depending on the situation.

• The OPTIONS Tab has a panel for recording any payments you receive for the job. If you faithfully record those, you can easily run reports that show a listing of receipts as well as the total for any period of time you specify. Ex: "July 2007" or "January 1, 2007 through May 1, 2007".
