Printing invoices is done from this tab, PRINTING. The first button sets whether it will print as an estimate or an invoice.

The preview button shows a preview of the printed page. If you have fax software in your computer, follow the onscreen prompts after clicking "Fax". Usually, your fax software (not included) will be registered as a "printer" and you just choose it instead of your regular printer; then specify the fax number as needed.

You can also print an intake sheet. This will print your shop name followed by the customer's name and some vehicle information. Take this to the vehicle to make notes to enter later in the computer.
