Managing your customers is easy
with pdrPro. Just enter
their address, phone numbers, cell
phone or e-mail. This is saved in
the database and prints out on the
repair order. When your customer
returns for more service work, just
scroll the list of customers, select
their entry and click "Start".
A new RO is started with their contact
information filled in. A single
click dials a phone, prints an envelope
or starts an e-mail. Your office
staff will love the convenience!
There is room to log the many phone
contacts people may have these days.
Information you enter here is saved
in the database. If you ever need
to update this customer's contact
information, just update it in the
current repair order on the CUSTOMER
tab. That updates this customer
everywhere in the system. You can
print an envelope to them by clicking
the Envelope button. The
small black telephone buttons will
automatically dial the number if
your computer is connected to your
phone line. Use the drop lists (click
the arrows) to choose City State
and Zip listings. You can
custom edit these lists to display
the most common entries.
There is a full history of RO's
in the Customer area. You see a
scrolling list with all the RO's.
Each has a button, "Go",
that takes you to that RO.
