Estimiser Pro has an area for logging
employee hours-worked in any invoice.
Just enter the hours in tenths. Estimiser
Pro will display the pay amount based
on the pay scale you have assigned to
that employee. At the bottom of the pay
panel of each invoice is a running total
of employee pay due, the labor total invoiced
and the resulting net amount. This can
be really helpful when evaluating areas
of greater or less efficiency in your
staff. In the example below, a sample
employee has worked 9.5 hours for a total
of 149.89 due in wages. The invoiced labor
total is 954.00 for a resulting net of
804.11.

If you enter all employee hours-worked,
you can run very useful reports of your
labor expenses and net for any period
of time you like. In the example below,
labor charges for the month of December
are summarized including those for an
office manager whose hours are not charged
to any invoices.
